Installed update for X64 - based system KB2919355. It initially failed. Reinstalled. Changed my Icon size and rearranged them. made other minor changes. Genealogy software had been working fine. Now it opens but I get the following message, "My Heritage Family Tree Builder Genealogy software has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." No solution or information is given. Is this a problem with Win 8.1 or FTB? Has anyone had this or a similar problem?

Still looking for help!

Installed update for X64 - based system KB2919355. It initially failed. Reinstalled. It changed my Icon size and rearranged them. Made other minor changes to video. Had trouble getting into Picasa 3. Received Error message "The instruction at 0x0064f07c referenced memory at 0x00000040. Memory could not be read." I reinstalled software and it seems fine.
Genealogy software had been working fine. Now it opens but I get the following message, "My Heritage Family Tree Builder Genealogy software has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." No solution or information is given. I reinstalled the software. Still couldn't get in. I did a clean boot, actually did three to be sure. Couldn't get in. Still getting the same message. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. Hope someone has some answers for me. Thanks.
