Hi Friends I used to have a great little app on my original win 8 From a toolbar at the top of the page I could change video and audio formats.....Now its gone. can't find it anywhere.

Problem 2 I no longer have the toolbar in browser or teltra/bigpond mail that changes font size, has bold and italic underline etc etc just vanished..... Any clues anyone. My browser is internet explorer 11.0.4 Windows 8.1 64bit

I have no idea, but from what I can see when I look in my own IE there is a menu that says "Tools" if you click it, you will see "Toolbars" you can maybe find your toolbars in there?

Here is a picture. Hope it helps?

then you need to read my last post, where I suggested you to tools/manager addons ,and check the toolbar section

are you using the desktop IE or the metro start IE app

you say install windows 8.1 was it an upgrade or a format and full reinstall od 8.1,if full reinstall then you might have to reinstall the toolbar again ,as internet explorer doesn't have a toolbar by default

So sorry that I couldnt be at help. Do as caperjack says, that is the solution I think. I am also running 8.1 so its strange that you dont have that option. But not so strange if you are in metro, that looks very different.
