app for keyboard clicking sounds

anybody know a good app that works well with Windows 8.1, to make clickety sounds when you type on a regular keyboard? You know, so it will sound like a typewriter or something like that. Something that gives you a little audio feedback when you type, but doesn't have gimmicky, "funny" sounds.

I tried ClicKey, which is a good program because you can adjust the sound level, but it didn't work well for me. It stopped clicking after while.
I also tried KSG, but it didn't work at all.
I tried quertick, and it works fine, but you can't adjust the sound level, so in the end it gave me a headache.

maybe I should just forget about free apps... How can I set windows sounds to play a click every time I hit a keyboard key?
then I can adjust the volume level for system sounds to the level I like.

Actually, I gave ClicKey another try and so far it seems to be working. I don't know what the problem was before. I do like what it does.

in the long run, ClicKey turned out problematic. it was unpredictable when it would or would not work.

right now I am using OldTyper. it doesn't give you a lot of options, but it works, and you can adjust the sound level by clicking on the windows speaker icon in the system tray, and then clicking on "mixer" at the bottom. OldTyper will appear as a separate item, and the sound level can be adjusted individually.
OLDTYPER - Whatever You write - it picks up speed and sens with this uncredible OLDTYPER keyboard
