Installing Metro Apps

Hi

Every time I try and install any Metro app I get the error "something happened and this app couldn't be installed. I have read that some users had this problem because the time and date was wrong. mine is correct and was at the time of installation,

The laptop is a Toshiba M750 laptop with touch screen @ 1280x800. I'm logging in with a Microsoft Account, Time zone and location is set to Melbourne Australia

Any ideas would be appreciated

You could try sfc /scannow with : http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/3047-sfc-scannow-command-run-windows-8-a.html
and also try a refresh :http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2293-refresh-windows-8-a.html

Weird here as well. Downloaded some Metro applications from the Microsoft Store, said they installed, BUT yet I cannot locate them.
