Click this. You will get a whirling circle of dots, for quite a while, as it searches to see what you have installed. Finally it will show all. Have a look and see if one drive is sitting there. Right click it and install.
I brought up a list of my Apps as per your instructions. Neither SkyDrive nor OneDrive is in the list of Apps.

And of course the Store doesn't allow me to install the SkyDrive/OneDrive App, since it says it's integrated into Windows 8.1...

Out of curiosity how did you wind up deleting the app that it did this amount of damage? Seems weird that simply deleting a tile should result in this amount of damage. Especially since you can't even get the .exe working. And also considering the app is integrated into 8.1

I'm thinking it took a little bit more than a simple delete.
All I did was delete the SkyDrive shortcut from the Start Menu under All Programs. (I've installed the program "Start Menu 8", which brings up the traditional Start Menu when you press the Start Button.)

Then when I switched to Metro View the SkyDrive App tile was missing, and SkyDrive was no longer in the list of Apps. If I had known that would happen I wouldn't have deleted the Start Menu shortcut.

I'm guessing it's because having some of the Apps (SkyDrive, possibly Camera, etc.) appear in Metro View is dependent on them being in the Start Menu? The frustrating thing is that there doesn't seem to be any way to restore them if you happen to delete them - when I deleted the Start Menu shortcut, I'm pretty sure it did not go to the Recycle Bin, and as far as I know there is no "App Recycle Bin".

I can still get to the SkyDrive App though - it's under PC Settings -> SkyDrive -> "See my files on SkyDrive" - so the App itself hasn't been deleted. But having the App tile as a direct link to that would obviously be a bit more convenient.
Hopefully this taught you a lesson to be a little more careful in deleting stuff. I'd even say when you get adventurous like that, at the very least, create a restore point, and at worst, a drive image.

Great idea. Hopefully if works. If not, a Repair Install Windows 8 may be in order.

    Good luck.
