    1) The Recovery Partition should not have a drive letter.

    2) Looking at 22.gb free of 24.9gb Recovery Partition, is looking like the Recovery files have been DELETED.

That partition is used by the One Key Recovery Utility to restore your PC to factory condition. It may also be used to make recovery media. The image of your factory install is stored there. Normally as Theog posted it would not have a drive letter and be hidden. It's a custom factory partition so even though Windows says its almost empty it may actually be almost full. Assuming you haven't messed with it that is. If it's still intact you don't need to make a recovery partition. If there is a utility to make recovery media on that PC I would do it now before doing anything else.

The Lenovo Recovery files would be 15gb+, not 2.9gb.

To replace the Recovery Partition, reinstall using the Recovery disks.

You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.

You can Order Lenovo Recovery Disks from here:
    Lenovo Support - Home (US)
    Click on Parts & Accessories.
    or

Like I said, assuming Windows is reading it correctly, maybe its not? I've seen other people report the same thing (incorrectly reported free space) and the recovery utility still worked fine.

    For example:

A hidden Recovery Partition with a size of 25gb & 20gb of Recovery files, will show in DM as 100% free.

A unhidden Recovery Partition with a size of 25gb & 20gb of Recovery files, will show in DM as 5gb free.
