    If you restart your computer that should indicate whether the problem still exists.

    Good find there above, but if that's not it, gut feeling says malware.

    Obviously, the only way to test if it is Rocketdock is to uninstall then reboot as said above.

    Well to be clear I'll explain why I believe that RocketDock is at fault.

    The folder Program Files(x86) will only be on the D drive if you have another Operating System installed there.

    actually no those apps were installed there separately because they have problems especially rocketdock

    I understand that, my point is, many programs use variables to find certain locations in the computer. If either Windows or RocketDock has been set to use %SystemDrive% that may be where your errors stems from. Considering the system drive is where Windows is located(typically the C:\ drive). Unless you have another OS installed on the D:\.

    i think you got the wrong idea i mean i choose to install it there in that location while installing
    anyway i restarted and that thingy did not pop up till now when opening things like task manager or RUn or any video file
    its back i will reinstall rocketdock and report back
