Need to lock myself out of the computer

So, I cannot concentrate on my school tasks and I need something to help me concentrate. I found one day a plug-in in for firefox that blocks some websites but I want something more strict. I was hoping to find a program that would lock me out of my computer for a time period and then unlock again, so I could take breaks/do homework.
What I think is that it changes the password to my account for an hour and then puts back my old one.
    Any help would be appreciated

OK if you need something that you are not going to break, you need the help of a parent or guardian. They will need create a new administrator account and to set a password on an this account and not tell you this password. they then need to reduce your login to a standard user and set up Parental control to limit your access.
