Solved Is there such an app?

I am a student and my professors post their notes and powerpoints online before class. I would like to be able to download those notes and be able to write on them. I have a touchscreen laptop, is there an app that allows me to write on those notes slides?

Edit: I am running Windows 8, on a Toshiba touchscreen laptop

Do you have Microsoft OneNote?

If so you can print/send to OneNote:

File > Print > choose printer - Send to OneNote

From that you can draw on the slides.

I do have One Note, I will try that.
