Modern Apps Kicking to Desktop (not crashing)

Hello!
I got quite annoying problem with modern apps. Whenever i launch one, they start but when i want to do anything further im beeing kicked to desktop. App dont crash. If i hower app list from left top corner its still there, i can go to it. But trying any action again kicks me to destkop. Only shop is working.
I tried disabling antivirus/firewall (eset smart security 5). i uninstalled Start8. Tried reinstalling apps. Tried with UAC. Uninstalled AMD drivers (i got hd7850). Still nothing. Any idea what may be wrong? No, im not about to perform clean install. Id rather stick do desktop apps. Would really like to use some of modern ones, but they can be replaced.

it didnt help...however i found somewhere on the net advice to install media feature pack..i installed it, modern apps started working...but overall performance of my pc gone crazy! explorer or browser hang randomly. problem is, i cant uninstall it. in 'installed updates' its only 1 that blocks 'uninstall' button

Media Feature Pack has nothing to do with the problem thats why it doesn't help.

This is usually caused by a permission issue. Try to disable Eset then run this.

Edit: you need to right click the file and run as admin.
