  1. #11

I checked manage add-ons in internet options and I have java 32 bit but no java 64 bit.

Java 64 bit is in control panel programs and features as java 7 update 51 and java 7 update 51(64bit) but no java 32 bit. I have downloaded java 32 bit but I cant find it, anyone know how to download java 7 32 bit .

You might want to have a look at this tool & give it a shot for repairing/removing Java completely, then starting over.

JavaRa is an effective way to deploy, update and remove the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). It can assist in repairing or removing Java when other methods fail

You do have 64 bit enabled:

Where it says "32-bit a..." just extend the Architect column & you'll see 64 bit.

As far as I can see, you have the latest 32 & 64 bit java installed & enabled.

You should be having no problems with java.
