Can't Renew License For VS2013

I have VS 2013 Express. I got a prompt today to renew my license. When I clicked on the appropriate buttons, it started to connect to the server and then I got a message saying I have to allow my browser to accept cookies. I allowed my browser to accept cookies. I allowed both browsers to accept cookies. I also have NoScript on Firefox and I totally disabled that. I tried again and the same thing happened. I rebooted the computer and tried again. No luck. It keeps telling me I have to allow cookies. I went to PowerShell and tried there from the C: prompt. I used the command on the Microsoft help page. It didn't recognize it. Can anyone advise me what to do? I can't even run VS until I renew my license. I did search for this topic both in Google and on here but I cannot find anything. Thanks in advance.

Never mind. I went through this when I first registered and I finally remembered what I had to do. If anyone else runs into this, go into IE and remove all protection and allow all cookies even those that are normally blocked. Register and then go back and enable it again. It seems very strange to me that you have to do this but it what I ran into.
