Seems the fly in the ointment for sticking an image on the Macrium Reflect Boot Rescue USB is that they want the USB to be FAT32. The 4 GB file size limit is a killjoy. Has anyone got around it? Right now I have backup images on another partition of my HD. But if partitions got badly hosed I don't know if the WinPE rescue on the USB stick would see it. I have a 32 GB USB 3.0 stick. So I should be able to store one backup image if it wasn't for the FAT32 issue.
