Solved Store App Update Question

I have been gone from Windows 8/8.1 for a while now but when I had Windows 8 I remember seeing a notice about 2 or 3 apps needing to be updated in the upper right corner of the screen and I could look to see what was being updated. But now on 8.1 I never have a clue what is being updated or when? Is there a setting that I can change somewhere because I'd rather be asked about updates, simply because I prefer reading to see what the update entails?

Wow, there is a setting for this in the Store... All I need now if for a Mod to delete this before 100 people look at this and laugh at me...
