camera lag after restart machine on Windows 8.1, even waiting for system stable in few minutes.
we have verified on 3 difference camera modules but still have this issue ,
this symptom is only happened on win8.1 OS, only lag at first time launch camera app.
Step to reproduce:
1. When reboot to Win 8.1 OS, go to Metro UI to launch camera APP.
2. The preview frame will be lag.
3. Press Windows key to back to desktop.
4. Move cursor to left-upper corner to switch to Merto camera APP, the camera preview will be OK.
Notebook platform: Bay Trail-M
