My Windows 8 and now upgraded 8.1's Live-Tiles and Notifications (still) not work as expect.
Live-Tile of Apps like People, News, Twitter, Instagram Explorer, Single Stream, Facebook etc. don't update until I open that App. Mostly worst, even I open that App and returned to Start Screen its Live-Tile still not updated.
Notification also not working, I'd never received any notification from Twitter Apps ever since I installed it. I am sure I'd turned on and allow Apps Notifications. Facebook Apps Notification also seems inconsistent. And as I understand, I don't need to open those Apps to receive Notifications, right?
Can anyone help?
