    Can't Uninstall Photo App in 8.1?

    So you can't uninstall the photo app in 8.1? How lame...

    Along with 3, store and desktop. The rest of the core apps can be uninstalled.

    I couldn't uninstall the Camera app either but I can disable/or uninstall the built in webcam driver of my Laptop under "Imaging devices" in device and no more staring at my self if I accidentally open the camera app.

    Also check your settings under PC Settings > Skydrive & choose your preferences as photos from the Camera can be uploaded to Skydrive under the camera roll settings.

    With 8.1 it is a good idea to check all PC Settings to ensure all privacy settings are to your liking (if possible).
