Can't Install ANYTHING. Whatsoever.

I've tried installing like 3 things today because I just got my computer started back up.

In the process of a virus scan with Windows Defender, but I can't install anything, and I don't want to be bored during a full scan.

I get an error telling me that I can't create anything in my temp folder, so what I did was went to %appdata%/Local/ and there was nothing except a temp folder. This looks really, really horrific. Temp was empty as well. How do I get anything back there, and be able to install my stuff?

It's very annoying and to be honest I feel like whipping my computer out the window

Dont know if it makes any sence but you can try browsing to C:\Users\"Type your User here"\AppData\Local
And try creating a Temp folder there. Maybe programs will get the idea and create their .tmp's there...
Just a small idea

I've tried, but there's a temp folder already. The problem is, things just don't go in it and stay there.

That's strange, if its really bothering you you should consider a pc refresh or reset..
