keeping adobe files on top of programme

hi I am having trouble trying to find out how to keep adobe file showing on top of programme in use.
As an example, I use an on line portal for my work and when I click on the programmes button to view an invoice it opens in an adobe file but then stays behind the programme screen, I then have to go to the task bar to bring it to the front so it can be printed.
I have searched in the help pages but cannot seem to find the answer

The Program Itself would have to have a "Keep On Top" function.

Have you tried different PDF programs? I use Adobe Digital Editions, it can view PDF files as well as Apple ePub files. But there are many programs that can show PDF's even Word in Some Cases.

I use Professional Adobe Acrobat as well.

    Recently lost my Windows 8 on my main PC, had to go back to Windows 7.
I had no problem using the same programme on vista or win 7 the adobe programme is what is loaded on this computer so would imagine it will be pretty new as only bought computer last Sunday
