why can´t choose language with recent softwares ?

Dear friends
I´ve installed on my brand new hardware Windows 8 (64 bits) a couple of days ago.
I downloaded some softwares I am used to employ daily like Nero 12 , Adobe Photoshop cs6 , Dreamweaver cs6 etc.

Before going on I have to tell you that my windows is not in english - language on which I am used to install all programs - and that all programs were downloaded from sites in english (so it´s not possible I ´ve downloaded them in my windows language ?!)

During the setup of the mentioned programs I noticed that no longer I can choose the language.
Instead of dropdown menu language selection , I think the setup of the programs have detected the op. sistem language and then installed in this language.

I am very fed up with this problem , I simply cannot work with programs I´ve been using for many years in other language than english.

If someone has the explanation and a possible solution , please let me learn.

I installed Dreamweaver & it gave me the option to pick a language:

You might need to uninstall your programs & reinstall them paying attention to the install process.
