    App Help

    Hello everyone,

I recently got my first Windows 8 system a few days ago. Most of main systems are 7, vista, and XP. (All have their uses)

Anyways, I can install apps except one. I had tried installing app called Halo Spartan Assault, I did see the download bar moving and then walked away. I came back didn't check the status and shut the system down. When I powered back up I saw it never finished. Now whenever I try to install it I get the same error. 0x80073cf9. I did search and tried multiple fixes, I have the AUInstallAgent folder. I created the Windows App folder. Turned off firewall and antivirus.

Could it be the app partially installed and just needs removed completely and then reinstalled? if that's the case how do you remove a partially installed app?

No it doesn't but do apps normally do? Because other apps I downloaded don't show up there.

Can you locate it as shown in the picture:

    If so, try deleting it.
