I can't figure out how to get to the function that was under File in Outlook with Windows 7. Specifically I'm try to figure out how to get to Out of Office message, but also privacy settings, etc. Can anyone help?

I am assuming that you don't have a Microsoft Exchange Server Account, and that you are using Outlook 2010 or 2013.

Automatically reply to email messages without using an Exchange Server account - Outlook - Office.com

    Hope it helps.

P.S. - As for the privacy settings, can you explain what they are?

I do have an Exchange account and am using Outlook 2013. What I am looking for are the menu options under the File menu in Outlook 2010, which include the out of office messaging, privacy, clean up tools etc.

    Thanks

The Out of Office Messaging and Cleanup Tools should be under File>Info at the top left corner of Outlook 2013.
But I am not sure about the Privacy settings.
