I do have an Exchange account and am using Outlook 2013. What I am looking for are the menu options under the File menu in Outlook 2010, which include the out of office messaging, privacy, clean up tools etc.

Thanks

I am assuming that you don't have a Microsoft Exchange Server Account, and that you are using Outlook 2010 or 2013.

Automatically reply to email messages without using an Exchange Server account - Outlook - Office.com

Hope it helps.

P.S. - As for the privacy settings, can you explain what they are?

The Out of Office Messaging and Cleanup Tools should be under File>Info at the top left corner of Outlook 2013.
But I am not sure about the Privacy settings.
