windows 8 cannot start after uninstalling razer red skinpa

Hi everyone I just made a stupid move and decided to install razer red 64 bit on my os which ****ed up my pc and now it couldn't start it just keeps flashing when I turn it on it wouldn't even show f12 or f2..and that's what makes it difficult for me to fix the problem

What were you going to do if F2 or F12 had worked ?
Did the Delete key work to get you into BIOS ?

Is there an option in BIOS to boot into Safe Mode ?
