Solved PDF Help

I am looking for a good PDF app for my Surface Pro tablet running Windows 8.1 and I need it to be able to have basic editing and highlighting along with bookmarks. I am currently using Adobe Reader XI and it does everything except for the bookmarks that I can see so every time I re-open my document it is back on page 1!

Thanks JustATest, this looks great! I'm trying the free version for a couple of days and will probably drop the $39 for the paid version!
