How to get rid of sbimgmnt.dll (from Storgecraft)

I tried to uninstall Shadowprotect 5 Desktop ed. but the file sbimgmnt.dll just would not go from the installation directory. When I tried to delete it via windows’ (8 enterprise 64 bit) windows explorer, I got a message that the action cannot be completed because the file is open in windows explorer; I should close it first, then retry. I have no idea how to do that, so I tried to delete it via commanders (both Norton and Total), the same reply. I deleted all items from the registry that I could find with Shadowprotect or Storagecraft in their names, reloaded the system, still the same.

I tried to contact their support but direct way requires serial number which, after uninstalling, I don't know. Registartion to their forum was successful but then my post was repeatedly rejected for proxy error.
How to get rid of this contamination?

Thanks.
