Office 13 - License

Can anyone tell me if the same license I bought for Office 13 can be used on my laptop & on my tablet? Do I, or should I have bought a license for 2? But then I see the PC license can not be used for a tablet, or at least I am pretty sure it cant? I already tried on my tablet and it says this version is not compatible with a tablet?

According to the Office 2013 FAQs link below, you can install and activate Office 2013 on up to TWO PCs at the same time.


Microsoft Home Use Program - Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. The software suite includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access and more!

On how many computers can I install the software?
2 computers, either 2 PCs or 2 Macs, specific to the software that was purchased.

I think that depends on the license. I got mine through HUP and it allowed for two installations (as Brink indicates), but if you bought a retail copy (disk or download), I believe it only allows for one installation. Home and Office 2010 allowed for three installations, but I don't know if that's still true for 2013.
