Hello, everyone.

I have a problem with my Windows 8 laptop (upgraded).

When I install apps from the store, I always get a "Something went wrong error code 0x8020002e".

I can install VERY SMALL apps (whose size are in KB and less than 5 MB) but most apps I want in the Store are way larger.

I tried every connection possible (mobile broadband, WiFi and Ethernet) but it still ends up the same.

I ran the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) and it found corrupt files. It restored them but the problem still exists.

Then, I tried running the Apps, Microsoft Account and Windows Update troubleshooters. It saw problem and said it corrected them but it still didn't solve the problems. And when I ran the troubleshooters again, it will say it fixed the problems... again (see the screenshots). It also says that I must have a Microsoft account but I already have.

I hope you can help me and thanks in advance!

Gio
