how to assign keyboard shortcuts to iTunes

on my laptop i've got media shortcuts on the arrow keys, like this

and whenever i use them, it opens WMP, but i want them to go to iTunes. is this possible?

not quite what i was looking for. i was looking for way that i could make the play/pause, next, previous, stop buttons control itunes. this just show how to make them open it

It seems like once it is open the other keys would function as intended.

Just assign the key that now opens media player to Itunes.

EDIT- Hold the Fn key when pressing volume up & down, ff Pause , etc.
