Solved Calendar Search

Hi, this is my first post. I have the Samsung Ativ 500 Tablet with docking keyboard and like it so far. I am still trying to find a couple of solid apps and Calendar is one for sure.

I love the stock Calendar except for 1 drawback... When I choose recurring event I can not figure out how to set something to occur every 2 weeks! I have several different things that I need to list like that.

I can do this with the Windows Calendar online but I don't want to be limited to being online. I have found a couple of good Calendar programs that cost $20 - $40 but they don't allow simple finger swiping to scroll thru months.

I'm looking for something very similar to the stock app with a little more functionality.

I downloaded Office 2013 and found that Outlook 2013 will more than meet my needs. Thanks anyway.

I like the Calendar app as well. I see that they don't have a bi-weekly option. Hopefully they'll add it in an update. There is usually a feedback option in apps. I asked for it via that.

Thanks for that. I hope they do add that as it would surely be enough for me and would probably load a little quicker than Outlook.

Yes, these Modern/Metro apps are far quicker to open, to use, and use less resources than desktop programs. WLM (and other programs) on my 7 side takes quite a lot longer to open and refresh than Windows Mail app and is more complicated to use.
