I have a new lap top which is loaded with Windows 8. I was able to load Office 2003 but whenever I use one of the features I have to accept the user agreement. For example when I open outlook the user agreement pops up and I have to click on accept before it open. Any ideas on what I need to do?

I've seen that already. It probably happens because your account doesnt have privileges to modify Windows registry. Try to run all Office apps as administrator and see if it solves the problem.

You can also try to add permissions (full control) to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0

Good luck. Give us feedback.

I had this when I first tried Office 2003.

Using "Run as Administrator", as suggested by vrosa, fixed it (you only need to do it once). I didn't need to go into the Registry.
