My Windows 8 Pro Store lists 4 available App updates: music, video, games and mail. When I select STORE and chose to update, the apps attempt to download and install the updates. They have failed to update for 4 days now. The error codes are either 0x80070002 OR 0x80246007.
I have previously downloaded and followed the instructions for apps.diagcab, rebooted. Nothing seems to resolve my inability to update these recently released App updates.
I have not installed any new software. My other Apps, including Bing, News and Finance continue to list current updates without any exceptions.
Whenever I attempt to open music, games, video and mail, they fail to open and revert back to START.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is Microsoft aware of this issue and attempting to resolve it? Thank you.
