    boxee media player isnt working

    i recently upgraded my laptop to windows 8.i installed boxee for the first time.when i tried applying as a new user,it says "error.cannot create new user profile.".how can i get boxee running,please help

    Some have fixed their problems by accessing Boxee via a local Win 8 account and others have fixed their problems by changing their Boxee credentials to "match" their Live account.
