This whole thing started when I tried to install an app from Windows store. There's some persistent error stating the purchase cannot be completed, so I searched around and set out to add a payment method next (even though the app was a free one). When I click "add payment method", an error comes up stating "There was an error setting up your payment method." I tried running wsreset.exe, another error comes up stating the "remote call procedure failed" on the attempt to purge cache. I also noticed that I could not change the option "always ask for your password when buying an app", i.e. the bar remains stuck on "No" after dragging it, it bounces back to "No" like a rubber band. When I changed the app localization option under Preferences, it's not saved, i.e. after changing the options and returning to Your Account, then returning to Preferences, it just shows the same options unchanged.
