    When you close a program it will still be running in the background unless you go to the Task Manager and "kill" it.
    go to Extras->Options->General:
    - Uncheck Close to tray icon ---------> Exit Teamviewer completely instead of minimize to tray

    Please read my post again, you need to remove the entry teamviewer.exe from the start up, and also set teamviewer_service.exe to manual.

    Winpatrol will popup an alert windows, just click OK then there's be no more alert.

    In this case then you should not use Incredimail. What does it have anything to do with Teamviewer ?
    Would help if you read my post where I say:

    It is probably a case like with Incredimail
    Ghee, it is really difficult to get a point across to you guys.
    My bad, I had missed the point.
