Transferring Custom Word Dictionaries

Okay so I have my new Windows 8 desktop and it's great. On my last desktop (Windows 7) I used Office 2007 and on this one I use Office 2010, all of my last three computers are still fully functional so I saw no need to renege an activation of 2007.

I write original novels, stories and I had a massive amount of words added. Names, terms and so on and I'd like to import that dictionary onto my new computer so I don't have to go through thousands of pages worth of writing and recheck it just to add each and every word.

If anyone could help, that would be much appreciated.
