[Q] I'm receiving a Windows Installer dialog! HELP!!!

I bought Samsung Series 7 (Chronos) 700Z5C few days ago.
It came pre-installed with Win8 Home Edition.

But I have noticed something funny.
Whenever I try to download msi file,
After the extracting, I always get a popup dialog of "Windows Installer".

On the dialog, it have a writings of know to use Parameter, etc.
After closing the dialog, installation disappear and is not installed.

Can someone please tell me what I should do???

EDIT: I not sure if it's just msi...

I tried: Re-install win8 and running Microsoft FixIt so far...

What specifically are you executing that causes this particular pop up? This is the same pop up that occurs if you run "msiexec /?", so something (parameter-wise) the installer is passing in it's command line isn't valid.

I tried installing followings:

Bluetooth Driver for Intel, Camtasia Studio, Snagit... (which all uses msi to install)
