I have a 3rd party text editor (Notepad2) that works a whole lot better than Notepad, but I cannot drag and drop a file in it unless logged in as Default Administrator or change a security policy - running as administrator does not help. If I replace Notepad, then it works, but I don't like that idea. I can also re-associate file types which is a real headache. Is there a way to get around this problem? thanks....
