True Image 2013 scheduled backup not working

Scheduled backups not executing at the times set. Scheduler2 is automatic and running according to services.msc, I have re-installed the software, and done a repair install. I downloaded and installed their schedmgr which works while the computer is still on but on reboot schedmgr does not run unless done so manually. I turned Fastboot off as a test and it seems to solve the problem but this procedure makes the computer extremely slow which I cannot tolerate so I turned Fastboot back on. I am not the only one with this problem and Acronis seems unable to rectify the problem so far.

IS you computer asleep when the backup is scheduled to run? If so, ensure you have enabled it to wake up via the wake-up timers in power settings.

This weekend will see the deployment of Windows 8.1. In preparation I have updated all my drivers and such. I intend to keep ATI 2013 as long as possible because it has always been a difficult piece of software to upgrade. From what I've been able to read up until now (just days before the...
I am just reading in one of my German feeds that there is a problem with Acronis True Image 2013 Build 6514 under Windows 8. The problem is supposed to be fixed with KB 45144 which is available from the Acronis Knowledge base.
Thanks to Windows 8.1 update going belly up, and of course removing all recovery points, I was forced to recover my system. I did this from my Acronis True Image Nonstop Backup but after the recovery the system would not boot. Hung in the boot process for more than 30 minutes before I turned it...
Tried to install Acronis in the RTM 64 bit version of Windows 8 and got an error message that it was not compatible with Windows 8. The same version worked with the Release preview and on checking with Acronis Support they say it will not work with Eight and they are working on a solution. They...
