Reloaded windows, need to repurchase apps?

I reloaded 8 on my wife's computer with windows 8 this day, as we had been having some sharing difficulties that I was attempting to alleviate. Previously, we had gone ahead and purchased a copy of the game 'cut the rope' for 5 bucks. Now, after re-load, it is prompting me to re-purchase the game that I already purchased. I am a bit beside myself. Surely, they would know that I already own this game right?

From the Store right click the screen (swipe from top if you have touch) and select "Your Apps", give it some time and it will show what apps you've already purchased that are not installed. Select Cut the Rope and choose install. Make sure you're logged in with the same account it was installed\purchased with.

Ok.. apparently, what happened was.. I installed it first from a different account, but then logging in with the good account, did not make the difference. I had to uninstall it, then follow your method. Thanks..

Actually.. even though it shows I purchased it on 11/5, it still is asking me to repurchase it even after loading it the way you described. Is there a number I can call for support or something. I do not want to give them 5 bucks 2x. Thks.

https://support.microsoft.com/getsup...15928379819719 - that's the link you get if you go to "Get more help for apps from the Windows Store" and you don't choose "more help from the community".
