problem in microsoft word 2013

hi guys i have word 2013 and in that there is 5 pages all with pictures and word. when i want to copy and paste some text into that.it crashes.(text like all texts in this page:?????? ????? ????? ????? copy the text , disable javascript)

Try to paste the text in wordpad or notepad. If it works then copy the text from the wordpad/notepad and paste it in word.

ok i will dot this but wht this problem was shown in office 2013?
