I'm trying to build some example code under Visual Studio 2008 Express on my Dell 17R SE laptop running Windows 8 64bit.
Installed VS8, and have a terminal open, but when I enter "nmake", I get:
'nmake' is not a recognized internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.
I had thought that nmake would have been installed along with Visual Studio, but apparently not. Does anyone else have this running properly under Win8-64?
Tips from those 'in the know' much appreciated,
