Ballstrike app crashing

I am having a problem with the preinstalled ball strike fitness game app crashing. I like it so much I purchased it and now it is crashing if I use it too long. It came pre installed on the computer and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, starting it from the start screen and the app screen; neither helped. What happens is it will play fine until too many balls come onto the screen then it stops (freezes) and goes back to the start screen. It will still show in the side bar as being open. If anyone else is having this problem or knows of a solution please let me know! PS my other apps seem to be working so is it a possible webcam problem? or maybe just the app itself? Thank you!
