Script behaviours

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a HP Pavilion laptop with Windows8 for carrying out eCourses, but every time I try to launch an eCourse and error message appears and tells me that script behaviours are not enabled, I have enabled them and rebooted the laptop but the same error message keeps appearing. Surely there is an easier way to run the eCourses, please can someone help me ASAP?
