App updates not available?

So a bunch of my Metro apps stopped working (Games, Music, etc) because apparently I needed to update them. They redirect me to the Store where I'm supposed to update them, but in the Store it says "No updates available". Please help? I'm using Win8 Pro Build 9200.

Double check using step 2 in the tutorial below to manually check for app updates to see if that may help.

My Settings in the Charms bar only shows Desktop, Control Panel, Prrsonalization, PC Info and Help.

See the link in my post above. It has step by step details on how to. Be sure that you do this from within the Store and not your desktop.
