Go to Control panel > Region and then to the Location tab. Make sure your Home Location is set to Canada instead of United States.

It appears if you select English US for your language during the install, Windows just assumes you live in the US. It likely changes what apps you see in the store too. Anyway I'm glad I could help. :thumb:
