Constant Notification Pop-Up messages

Hi Gang,

I keep getting notification pop-ups every few seconds. It's getting very annoying.

It happens so quick I can't read the message.

Any ideas?

Apparently it comes from Action Center.

It happens so fast that I can't even catch it with a screen recorder.

I disabled all the notifications and I'm now going through the check list and see which one is.
