    Can not access apps

I just got windows 8 and it was working fine for a few days, but now when i try to go to the "All Apps" page nothing shows up. The screen is all blue (my background color) but there are no apps shown. If I click or do anything it takes me back to the start menu. Also if I try searching anything it returns to the start menu as soon as I type something. Can anyone help me?

Apparently you are not the only person with this issue.

    Explorer.exe crashing - twinui.dll?

Did you upgrade or was this install from scratch?
