I deleted my people app by mistake. How do I get it back. I've tried the refresh method and reinstall and both times the app did not return.

Simply open your 'Store App' and type 'People App' and you will see some options pop up; one will show 'People' which is combined with the 'Mail App'. Select and when taken to the 'App' select install.
Any 'App' can be retrieved this way via 'Store' and Search. It's better if you use the full correct name of the 'App'.
