Xbox Music App with music on 2nd drive

The xbox music app for Windows 8 will not show any of the music in my library. I have narrowed it down to the fact the all my music on a 2nd hard drive.

If I move a couple of songs to the c drive and add that folder to my library, they will show up. However nothing in my library that is on the 2nd hard drive will show up

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Make sure your index is searching and indexing those folders on the second drive - Xbox music (and videos, for that matter) only see media that has been indexed by search. You may want to look at the search/indexing options in the control panel to make sure the folders containing your media are being indexed - if they are, give the index a rebuild. That can fix things (I find that on my tablet sometimes).

The entire drive is indexed, MP3 is added in the list and I have tried to rebuild the index. Still nothing.

Interesting - sounds like either your library is broken (any folders in there should show up), or indexing is. You can always try adding the second drive's contents as junction points to folders on your primary drive inside your library. This is how we get around issues with tablets and SD cards, for instance:

I tired changing the regkeys associated with the music special folder location as well. Nothing seems to work.

Yes, A is a special drive letter (as is B), or at least used to be. What happens if it's drive D (or E, or something higher), and you use junctions (and add those junction folders on your C: drive) to your library? Remember after everything is "working" with the library and junctions to completely (completely) rebuild your index from scratch.
